Retuns & Refund Policy

At Global Gears Accessories Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns

    You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with tags and accessories intact
     

2. Non-Returnable Items

     The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Used or altered items

  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. Return Request Process

     To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at globalgearsaccessories@gmail.com

  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the product

  3. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions

   Return requests without proper proof may be declined.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us

  • For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

 

5. Inspection and Approval

  • Returned products will be inspected after receipt

  • Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated via email

  • If the return does not meet policy conditions, the product may be sent back to the customer

 

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

 

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

 

9. Late or Missing Refunds

     If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Allow additional processing time depending on your payment method

  • Contact us if the issue persists
