3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the product

Return requests without proper proof may be declined.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
