Warranty Policy

All Raida motorcycle gloves are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

What is Covered:

• Stitching defects or unraveling
• Premature failure of Velcro, zippers, or closures
• Armor or padding detachment
• Bonding or construction failure due to a manufacturing fault

What is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to accidents, improper use, or care
• Pulling gloves off from non-designated areas (instead of using the pull tab)
• Touchscreen tip fabric peeling or wearing off
• Fading, discoloration, or abrasion from usage or sun exposure
• Comfort, feel, or sizing issues after usage
• Damage caused by washing, chemical exposure, or heat
• Any modification or alteration made to the product
• Crash damage or cuts

Warranty Claim Process:

• Email support@raidagears.com with your invoice and clear photos/videos of the defect.
• Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
• Upon approval, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit—at our discretion.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery for unused products in original packaging, with tags intact.

• No Refunds will be issued.
• If approved, you will receive a store credit redeemable only on the Raida website or Raida physical store.
• In case of exceptional refund approval, a ₹250 deduction will be applied as processing and handling fee.
• Return shipping costs (if any) must be borne by the customer unless the product was sent incorrectly or is defective.
